Villa Petra is a beautiful renovated old stone house located in the village of Dracevac 9 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1930 and has been completely renovated in 2010.

In reconstruction of the house, purely traditional materials which gave this house its authenticity with a touch of tradition, combined with the high comfort of a rural house. Situated on its own enclosed garden with well-maintained lawn of 900 sqm, guests of Villa Petra have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm with sun beds, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace with a sitting set, a playground with slides and swing and three covered parking places.

Villa with swimming pool for 6 persons with a total living area of 135 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sitting area and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people and a separate toilet with washing machine. From the kitchen, there is an exit to a spacious covered terrace with sitting set. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom/toilet and a covered terrace, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a gallery for playing and one double bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, shower/toilet in the corridor.

NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10.

"Ist schön gelegen, aber die Einrichtung (zB. Matratzen, Türen) hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Pool war sehr schön und die Grillecke ist auch super. Das WLAN hätte stabiler sein können. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Die nahegelegene Stadt Porec hat für die Versorgung alles nötige geboten (Kaufland, Plodine, Markthallen mit frischem Fisch)"

Wunderschöne Villa mit sauberem Pool und traumhaftem Garten. Abwicklung lief reibungslos, Ankunft und Abreise unkompliziert. Perfekt!

Prachtige villa in een rustig dorp. Fijne tuin (zeker met hond). Ideaal om onder een overkapping te kunnen parkeren. Daarnaast 2 mooie veranda's in de tuin. Altijd wel een plekje in de schaduw te vinden om lekker te relaxen. Winkels op ca. 10-12 minuten en centrum op ca. 15 minuten. Alles netjes voor elkaar bij deze villa. Er waren ook 2 fietsen aanwezig en een föhn wat niet in de tekst staat. Enige kleine minpuntje is de internetverbinding. Met een max 10Mbps is dit gevoelsmatig wel even terug in de tijd. De verwachting voor WiFi is dan toch wel wat hoger gesteld in de huidige tijd waar kinderen met regelmaat op meerdere apparaten tegelijk streamen. Kortom; fijne, rustgevende, schone en goed verzorgde plek voor een ontspannen vakantie met het hele gezin (en hond).
