Decorated with particular attention to detail, it includes marble and exquisite furniture, while providing the feeling of home. Both its modern kitchen with a dining room and the living room are great places for quality moments. The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which also has a bio sauna. The bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with a sofa set, while the other two bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the garden.
The fully enclosed garden offers privacy for pure relaxation. Apart from the beautifully tended lawn, it includes an outdoor shower and a swimming pool, which can be heated upon request. Use the outdoor area to have a great time soaking in the sun by the pool, lounging under the canvas sunshade, or sharing a delicious meal out in the open.
Set in a quiet village Markovac just outside Višnjan, the villa offers you bicycles which you can use to explore the countryside and the coast. Both Poreč and Novigrad are 14 km away and other nearby attractions include Baredine Pit, water parks, hilltop towns such as Motovun, all within less than 20 km of distance. Dragonja border crossing is 34 km away, while the nearest airport is in Pula (58 km).
