Your Stay in Villa Agritourism Paladnjaki

Villa Agritourism Paladnjaki is a spacious and elegant luxury villa with five bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Located in the peaceful village of Paladnjaki in central Istria, this traditional rustic and beautiful place with a garden and a swimming pool, homemade food, and authentic flavors will provide you with the perfect atmosphere for your vacation.

The villa owners, Miho Miličić and his family, are the creators of one of the most beautiful authentic eno-gastro stories in Istria. For generations, they have been engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding for milk and meat, which they use to prepare meals in a restaurant dedicated to their own guests.

Thirty years ago, Agritourism Paladnjaki started as a small room with a capacity of 30 guests, where the whole family participated in the work. Today, the renovated space can accommodate 130 guests, with accommodation facilities in the rooms above the restaurant.

In 2025, a luxury rural holiday home was renovated, accommodating 12 people, offering a blend of tradition and modern luxury for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Istria.

During the rental period, no events are held, ensuring a private and peaceful stay. As an additional benefit, guests are offered a complimentary daily breakfast, a welcome tasting dinner, and an experience of tasting Istrian wine, cheese, and olive oil.

Originally an old Istrian house, Villa Agritourism Paladnjaki was fully renovated in 2025, incorporating natural materials from the original structure to preserve its historical charm. A significant portion of the renovation work was personally carried out by the owners, ensuring a unique blend of tradition and modern comfort.

The villa features a well-designed outdoor space, with a private 52 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious garden, creating a relaxing environment for guests. A fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue is also available, perfect for outdoor dining.

Spread across three levels, the villa provides ample space and privacy for all guests. The ground floor includes an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with two separate beds and a private bathroom. The first floor contains two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has two separate beds and an additional pull-out sofa, while the other offers a large double bed with access to a balcony. The second floor features two more bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a pull-out sofa, and a balcony, while the other has two separate beds. To ensure a comfortable stay, each guest will have slippers and a bathrobe available.

With its thoughtful design, premium amenities, and authentic Istrian charm, Villa Paladnjaki and its owners provide a truly unique experience for families and groups seeking a relaxing and unforgettable vacation in Istria.

If you are looking for a traditional location and great food you should have it at this authentic, country venue.
