Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The building was completely renovated inside, but all the dimensions of the old building were kept. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can fully enjoy all the benefits of a modernly equipped house.During the renovation, several interesting stone artifacts were found, which were preserved and returned to the building.Villa 117 has eight beds in its four bedrooms.Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with salt water, next to it a comfortable beach, a sunbathing area with a solar shower. In the yard there is a large shady canopy and a barbecue. On the ground floor, an old stone bolt has been preserved, under which you can rest in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine. In the house there is a room with a library for relaxing from everyday stress.There is a playroom in the attic for the youngest guests. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sunny terrace.From the villa you can go out to a large meadow suitable for walks or playing.In the villa, for an additional charge, there are also electric bicycles with which guests can explore the surroundings, wine cellars and good restaurants.E-bike rental €10/bike per day
