Villa Amalija, a holiday home with a heated pool, is located on the edge of a quiet village Susnjici, only a ten-minute drive from Porec and the beaches.
On the fully fenced property, guests have access to a saltwater pool (heated with a heath pump), sun loungers, a covered terrace with a seating set, a fireplace, and two parking spaces.
Villa Amalija can accommodate 8 persons. The ground floor has a spacious air-conditioned living room with a seating set and exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 8 persons. Here is also an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The sofa in the living room is convertible to a comfortable bed for two persons. On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to a shared large balcony with a seating set.
Youth groups are not allowed.

Hele mooie, propere villa! Rustig gelegen. Wat ons het hardste had aangetrokken was de tuin die volledig omheind is. Hier konden we gerust de hond buiten laten en zeker zijn dat hij niet kon gaan lopen. Het huis was netjes en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Er viel ons niet direct iets tegen. Een klein minpuntje misschien dat de koelkast(en) aan de kleine kant zijn. Er zijn er 2, eentje op een slaapkamer boven en eentje beneden, maar voor goed wat drinken en eten te kunnen koud zetten waren ze aan de kleine kant.
Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und waren uns sofort sympatisch. Sie haben uns alles gezeigt und uns auch Empfehlungen für tolle Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der nähe gezeigt. Waren immer erreichbar und haben auch sofort auf unsere Mails geantwortet.
Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het voelt als thuiskomen. Prachtige tuin, volledig afgesloten dus ideaal voor hond en/of kleine kinderen. Heel fijn zwembad met leuke buitendouche. De communicatie verloopt perfect en de eigenaars staan klaar met uitleg en tips voor een heel fijn verblijf. Alles was perfect.
