Set on a spacious 3.500 sqm private plot, Villa Horto features 170 sqm of stylish, single-level living space designed with care and attention to detail. Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-plan living area with, comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a generous island — perfect for cooking and sharing meals together. The dining area seats up to six guests and opens through sliding glass doors onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and the beauty of nature outside.
Each of the three elegant en-suite bedrooms offers a cozy double bed, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool terrace — so you can wake up to peaceful views and step straight out into the sunshine.
Outdoors, your private haven awaits: a sparkling 10x4 m swimming pool (heatable on request with an extra charge), a sun deck with six loungers, and a covered dining area with a barbecue — perfect for alfresco dinners under the stars.
For moments of deep relaxation, Villa Horto also features a private sauna, offering a soothing space to unwind after a day of exploring the countryside or indulging in local truffle specialties.
For your convenience, the villa includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, high-speed WiFi, and secure parking for up to three cars. The entire property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort throughout the seasons.

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Samuel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns sogar noch am selben Abend einen Hochstuhl gebracht, der eigentlich schon vorab bei der Agentur angefragt wurde. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super! Unsere Töchter haben vor allem die Zeit im Pool genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Vores vært, Samuel, var enorm flink og imødekommende og tilbød lidt tidligere indtjening, hvilket hjalp os meget. Han kom med lokale anbefalinger som passede godt til os og huset var himmelsk. En af de bedste ferier og oplevelser vi har haft. Tak for lån af den skønne villa
No photos or words can accurately describe how stunning this place is. The views are just breathtaking and the villa is so well designed, spacious, pristine and comfortable. The facilities in the villa are all top notch, with lovely bathrooms, an impressive kitchen and a modern utility room. Swimming in the pool while gazing at the hills and Motovun village in the distance was so relaxing and an unforgettable experience. Samuel was always available by phone if we needed anything and was so welcoming. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the area, and you do definitely require a car. We are already talking about returning in the next year or two as we loved it so much.
