Welcome to Villa Kokola, a comfortable and well-equipped holiday villa located just a short drive from Umag and the beautiful Istrian coastline. With space for up to 9 + 2 guests, 4 bedrooms and additional sleeping options, the villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in Istria.

The interior is bright, modern and carefully arranged to provide a pleasant holiday atmosphere. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, air-conditioned rooms, several bathrooms and all the essential amenities needed for a carefree stay.

The spacious outdoor area is one of the main highlights of the villa. Guests can enjoy a large private pool, sunbathing areas, terraces and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a shaded pergola is perfect for preparing meals outside and spending relaxed summer evenings together. A ceramic charcoal grill and a plancha grill plate are also available.

Additional amenities include outdoor Bluetooth music, table tennis, extra air conditioning and various high-quality equipment features that make the stay even more comfortable.

Well-behaved pets, max. 2, each up to 10 kg, are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 170 € per pet per week. Some properties do not allow youth groups. Umag and Novigrad are Istrian cities closest to the border and consequently their geographic position is a part of their lure, but surely not the only decisive factor. The amusement water park Istralandia is another fun way of spending your time in Istria.
