Grintovica is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Gita war wirklich schön! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet! Man hat total seine Ruhe, ist aber trotzdem in 30min in Rovinj, in 20min in Porec und in 60min in Pula. 5 Minuten entfernt vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen mini Marktin dem man aber alles notwendige bekommt, sogar eine kleine Wurst und Käsetheke hat es. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich!
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ideal für Urlaub mit Familie und Hund. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Das Haus ist schön und sauber, Carport für zwei Autos, sehr sauberer Pool (der Vermieter kümmert sich regelmäßig darum), zwei verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb, eine davon mit Grill, sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderschöner Blick bis aufs Meer. Im Haus gibt es ausreichend Stauraum, große Küche mit allem was man benötigt und ungewöhnlich viel Geschirr, gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster, liebevolle Dekorationen im Haus. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns regelmäßig mit heimischen Leckereien überraschten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, der nächste große Laden ist mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten entfernt, nach Porec und den dortigen Stränden sind es etwa 20 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele, Höhlen, nette Städte, Strände, Wanderwege, Abenteuerparks, gute Restaurants... Alles in 20 bis 60 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub! Vrbo, August 2021
