Your Stay in Villa Gardenia with Pool, Garden and Jacuzzi

Newly built Villa Gardenia is the ideal accommodation for everyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in complete privacy surrounded with beautiful nature. The ground floor consists of a modernly decorated and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with a washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool area with a private bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, each of them has TV and a private bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature that surrounds the villa. All the rooms in the Villa have air conditioning. The garden area spreads on 1300 m2 and offers the guests relaxation and peace. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, and the guests can enjoy cozy evenings next to the pool or relax in the jacuzzi. Only for families with children. Reservations for younger groups of people are not allowed.
The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, Tinjan is a small town in the interior of Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istria region, known for its medieval fortified castle, the National Archive and Zarečki krov.

Die Villa ist noch sehr neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Volleyballnetz, Kinderspielplatz und schöner Pool. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man Ruhe sucht. In 25 min. ist man am Meer und es gibt super Restaurants, die mit dem Auto in 10-15min erreichbar sind. July, 2022

Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten beim nächstgelegenen größeren Supermarkt bzw. in Porec. Man hat die ganze Zeit seine Ruhe, was für die nötige Erholung perfekt ist. Alles wie beschrieben. schönes, sauberes haus. Großzügig geschnitten und jede Menge Platz. 4 Bäder waren sehr praktikabel. Die Besitzter wohnen direkt nebenan und kommen jeden Morgen zum Reinigen des Pools und alles checken vorbei. Haus ist noch recht neu. Küche ist zudriedenstellend ausgestattet, 1-2 größere Pfannen wären noch Hilfreich. Airbnb, September 2021
