Your Stay in Villa Luna with Pool, Whirlpool and Fenced Garden

Beautiful stone villa with private pool, and fenced yard - pets are welcome. The Villa Luna is a very nice stone house with a swimming pool, whirlpool, and sauna, for 8 - 11 persons, traditionally and comfortably designed. The house was renovated in 2017 and is surrounded by a cultivated green garden, surrounded by walls of local stone. Pleasant peace and privacy are guaranteed to the guests. The villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The 11 beds offer plenty of sleeping facilities. A spacious dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a bathroom and additional guest toilet are on the ground floor. On the upper floor is a living room with an extra sofa bed for 1 person, two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The living room has access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs. On the second floor of the stone house, there is a large fourth bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The fast connection to the home and the wide world is guaranteed by a free WLAN connection. The private pool (50 m2) in the garden in front of the villa allows a refreshing bath in crystal clear water at any time. The fifth bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower can be found in the pool area. The pool lighting in the evening makes the bathing pleasure a special experience. Modern outdoor furniture and comfortable deckchairs, a fireplace for barbecuing, as well as a closed car park for two cars, determine the outdoor facilities. At the property, there is also a small house where you can play billiards and darts. In front of the yard is a street-workout park.

Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of St. Lovreč where you can find pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). On the farm family Babic you can taste wines from their own production (Malvasia and Teran). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). Villa Luna is suitable for a quiet holiday in the idyllic Istrian and green environment from where you can come easily to neighboring cities.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna! Wir haben zu 2. mit unseren 4 Hunden, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre genossen. Das war perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und das Haus liegt auf einem schönen, großen umzäunten Grundstück, dass perfekt für den Auslauf der Hunde ist. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Restaurants kann man in naher Umgebung gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Alles kein Problem :-) Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter! Sie sind für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal an Euch! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. In der Villa hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Bilder sind nicht geschönt, es ist tatsächlich alles so, wenn nicht noch schöner. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Begeistert hat uns, unter anderem, dass es in Summe 3 Kühlschränke gab, sowie eine "Speisekammer". Die Betten war sehr bequem, wenngleich 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern relativ klein waren. Dies hat uns nicht gestört, da wir dort wirklilch nur zum Schlafen waren. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Villa ist geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage in Selina ist traumhaft ruhig, mit tollem Ausblick. Unsere Gastgeber waren herzlich, bei unserer Ankunft wurden die letzten Reinigungsarbeiten abgeschlossen. Wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau überrascht und verwöhnt. Einziges, kleines Manko: 2 Toiletten- bzw. Badezimmertüren waren leider nicht abschließbar. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa Luna ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben hier mit 8 Erwachsenen eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist absolut top! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! August 2021.
