Wonderful villa with pool near Rovinj
This beautiful newly built villa is new in our offer for the season 2019. Villa Irma is located in a small village between the towns of Bale and Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 6 + 2 persons. Villa Irma offers you a pleasant holiday with your family or friends in peaceful countryside. The villa is a complex o two apartments seprated by external stairs. Both apartments have their own livingroom and kitchen. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The outside area includes a completely enclosed garden with children’s playground and swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. On the terrace is an outside dining area with charcoal barbecue at your disposal. Here you can prepare delicious meals. Villa Irma is air conditioned, has WiFi and private parking for more than 4 cars.

Die Villa Irma war perfekt ausgestattet für 8 Personen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Grundausstattung war auch wie versprochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber als auch der Pool und die Außenanlage. Meerausblick ist auch vorhanden, da nichts drumherum bebaut worden ist. Die Villa war einfach zu erreichen mit dem Auto, zudem waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt, Kaufland und Lidl sind ca in 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kostenlosen Zugang zum Meer hatten wir ebenfalls. Die nächstgelegene Stadt war Rovinj ein sehr süße kleine Stadt. Pula ist in circa 35 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen :)
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Irma! Leana und Mile sind einfach klasse! Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten sogar zwei megaleckere Geburtstagstorten für unsere Zwillingsmädels besorgt, die schon im Kühlschrank bereit standen
Wir waren erst die 3 Familie, insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in dieser schönen nagelneuen Villa Irma. Die Vermieter sind einfach Klasse haben uns am ersten Tag sehr Herzlich empfangen und uns gleich mal mit hauseigenen Feigen versorgt. In der Villa mit zwei Wohnungen war man bestens mit allem versorgt was man so braucht. Golaš ist ein kleines Dorf wo man seine ruhe hat, aber wenn man abends weg möchte ist es nicht so weit bis nach Bale, Rovinj oder pula. Die Villa, die Außenanlage und der mega tolle Pool ladet ein zum entspannen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf alle Fälle nochmal dort hin wenn wir nach Kroatien reisen. Vielen lieben Dank an die tollen Vermieter.
