It is a rare combination in Rovinj – guests can enjoy privacy of a large villa with its own garden and pool, without having to rely on a car during their holiday.
The villa is arranged over two floors and offers generous living spaces, making it especially suitable for families or groups travelling together.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional kitchen and a traditional tavern-style room with a large fireplace and dining table. Two separate toilets are also located on this floor.
The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. In addition, there is a separate living area which functions almost as an independent apartment, offering its own kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, plus a private bathroom. This layout provides extra privacy and flexibility, particularly for larger families or groups travelling together.
The entire house is furnished with carefully selected stylish furniture, giving the interiors an elegant and distinctive character while maintaining a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. Surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, the 40 m² private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on warm summer days.
