The villa has a large garden of 2400 m2 where you can have fun and relax away from the city crowd without neighbours. This villa near Pula can accommodate up to 6 persons in two rooms. Both bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. This cosy holiday home with pool has a modern and comfortable living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining area where you can prepare delicious food. The livingrooms has a direct access to the covered terrace where you enjoy the warm Istrian climate and relax on the sunloungers by the pool or just have fun in the pool. The outdoor grill is perfect to spend unforgettable summer days and evenings. The coast is only a short drive away. The private parking inside the plot and wifi are there to ensure a relaxed holiday experience. Younger groups are not permitted becasue of bad past experiences.

The house is just like in the pictures, comfortable and quite clean. It is fenced on three sides, while one side is completely bordered by a slightly eerie wood. Being out in the open countryside, there are all kinds of insects, but the screens on all the windows do their job very well. I pointed out to the owner, who is always very quick to respond and cooperative, that there are a few minor maintenance tasks to be done. The swimming pool is very nice and is cleaned every 3 days
Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen: Das Haus ist gepflegt, geräumig, sauber, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Großes, abgeschieden gelegenes Grundstück, bietet Privatsphäre. Pool ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Alle Bilder waren authentisch. Was etwas stört, ist der Lärm der startenden und landenten Flugzeuge vom Flughafen Pula. Und die Umwälzpumpe des Pools, die sehr deutlich hörbar von morgens bis 22.00 Uhr läuft.
