The charming new Villa Markulin, located in the quiet village Šišan near the famous tourist center Medulin. This villa is an ideal choice for all those who like to stay in a peaceful environment surrounded by green nature. The villa is new and it is completed walled. The exterior area includes an outdoor swimming pool, an elegant terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful green garden. At your disposal there is a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue, table and chairs and satellite TV where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones. The interior of the villa consists of tree bedrooms with private bathroom, TV and aircondiotn. On the groundfloor is a livingroom with kitchen, dinningroom, playroom and toilette. Villa Markulin can accommodate up to eight persons, and you have three bedrooms at your disposal on the first floor, while additional beds are on the couch in the living rooms. At your disposal you also have free internet access parking spaces. Villa Markulin will give you complete relaxation and escape from the busy everyday life, and if you decide to explore the surroundings and Medulin, the beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach bars are only a few minutes away by car. Das Haus steht wirklich in sehr schöner Lage, man kann Medulin und Pula schnell erreichen. Der Pool und die Aufteilung des Hauses ist perfekt. Allerdings war es nicht zu 100% sauber, was aber nicht schlimm war. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind, das Haus ist in einem neuwertigem Zustand es gibt wirklich nur kleinere Mängel. Pool und Gartenanlage sind Top und sauber, gepflegt. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb aber wirklich sehr sehr ruhig und es sind nur einige Minuten Fahrzeit nach Medulin oder Pula. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzigster Mangel war die Sauberkeit, einiges an Schmutz, Staub, Spinnennetzte etc...wir haben selbst einiges gereinigt. Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne und keine 5.
