Villa Aura is a contemporary one-storey home ideally located in Stinjan, near Pula. Just 20 meters from the villa, guests can find a restaurant and a sports center equipped with a football field and tennis court. Stinjan is celebrated for its beautiful beaches ranging from secluded, tranquil bays to popular stretches with lively cafes and beach bars, with the nearest beach only 1 km away.
This property offers a private, enclosed 720 sqm space featuring a 32 sqm saltwater swimming pool. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, including a sundeck with sun loungers, a covered terrace with a dining table and a gas barbecue, and comfortable lounge furniture. There are also three parking spaces available on site.
The 140 sqm holiday home accommodates 4-6 persons and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room in a singular open space with large glass windows and direct access to the inviting outdoor area. It houses two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/toilet, and direct terrace and swimming pool access. Additionally, there is a separate toilet in the hall. The entire house is air-conditioned, and each bedroom is fitted with satellite TV.
This luxurious villa combines modern amenities and spectacular outdoor living to provide the ultimate retreat for relaxation and enjoyment in the heart of Stinjan.
NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 1st May - 1st October.

Wir waren mit 6 jungen Männern in dem Haus. Es war genauso wie auf den Fotos und die große Terassen/- Poolfläche war Bombe. Man kann auch mal einen ganzen Tag in dem Haus verbringen, ohne dass einem langweilig wurde. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wie erwartet!
This villa was great. There's a bus stop right by the villa and a fairly tasteful restaurant nearby with excellent food. The villa is fully equipped, with lots of kitchen items and even an inflatable lounger and some games. The villa is spacious, modern, the grill and pool are amazing. The hostess was very pleasant and helped with an earlier arrival, for which we are very grateful. I can definitely recommend this villa and hope we return sometime :).
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant fußläufig. Zum Stand 30 Minuten zu Fuß/ 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Fußballfeld direkt daneben. Rasenmähen dauert etwas... sonst aber kein Lärm vom Fußballfeld. Insgesamt ruhige Umgebung. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Pula und 8 Minuten nach Fazana. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
