The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers 3 modern bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing guests with extra comfort and privacy during their stay.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. From the living area, there is direct access to the terrace with an outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen and private pool. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, making it an ideal place for relaxing, enjoying meals together and spending pleasant moments throughout the day. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.
All bedrooms have access to a balcony with a sea view, allowing guests to start the day in a peaceful atmosphere with a morning coffee and a beautiful view of the Istrian coast.
