Villa Marija is designed with relaxation in mind and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features four spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and mosquito nets. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access to a balcony, providing a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. This makes the villa an excellent choice for families or groups of friends seeking comfort close to the beach and vibrant local life.
The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and stylish living area connected to a dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island. From here, you can step directly onto a covered terrace with a barbecue, ideal for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches, or evening gatherings. This level also includes a guest toilet and a laundry room for added convenience.
On the first floor, you’ll find two elegant bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and mosquito nets. The top floor offers two additional bedrooms with the same high level of comfort and privacy, making every guest feel at home.
The outdoor area is designed for true Mediterranean enjoyment. A spacious sun deck with eight sun loungers surrounds the pool, while the covered outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy meals in the shade.
