The newly built Villa Eve in Medulin is located just a few minutes on foot from the beach. This is a villa with saltwater pool . The pool is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers, parasols, grill and kids playground - ideal for enjoying the hot summer days. This is a groundfloor villa and can accommodate up to six guests and is suitable for enjoying with family and friends. On the ground floor of this beautifully decorated villa there is a open space spacious air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and direct exit to the covered terrace and pool. Two bedrooms are with a double bed and private bathroom, air-conditioned, TV. One bedroom is with two single beds, air-conditioned, TV. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned. Guests of this villa are provided with free use of wireless internet and a private parking inside the completely walled plot for two cars. Youngest can spend time playing on the trampoline, swings or just have fun in the magnificent saltwater pool. Ein schönes, neues Haus mitten in Medulin. Man erreicht den Sandstrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fast vor der Tür und in der Altstadt ist man auch sehr schnell. Dennoch ist es ruhig und man hat eine schöne Sicht auf die tollen Pinien (u.a.). Das Haus ist modern und gut ausgestattet, praktisch aufgeteilt und hat einen (eher kleineren) Pool. Die Vermieterin war immer schnell erreichbar, die Kommunikation war problemlos. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, besten Dank für eine tolle Woche!

Sehr schöne Villa, die Bilder halten was Sie versprechen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, konnten schon früher ins Haus, alles perfekt. War ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.
