Villa Ladonja is a comfortable holiday home with private pool near the Lim Canal. The house was renovated in 2015. On the ground floor there are: kitchen + dining room and living room with fireplace. From the kitchen and living room you reach a covered terrace with table and chairs, in the shade of the century old trees which bear the name "Ladonja". On the ground floor there is a sauna and a bath with a shower. An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Two of them have a private bathroom, while the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. The bedroom with double bed has a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and its olive trees. The farm is decorated by a beautiful lush nature and offers a great green hedge with maximum privacy. In the garden, you can prepare a delicious meal with the grill provided, and then refresh yourself in the crystal-clear water of the private pool. Around which there are sun loungers and umbrellas.We also offer a children's chair and cot. In the colder daysyou have a sauna wich is included in the price. Suitable for a relaxing holiday in pure nature.
Villa Ladonja is located in the village of Marasi, near Vrsar, St.Lovrec and Lim Kanal. In only 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the town Porec. Vrsar is known as the naturist center of Istria, which is visited by many guests. There is plenty of good restaurants. The Lim channel bay is completely occupied with well-known fish restaurants. Nearby there are many marked cycle paths, wine roads and roads with olive trees that enrich your holiday. Enjoy your holiday in its own way.

Eine wunderschöne Villa, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das gepflegte Grundstück mit Pool und Sitzecke lädt sowohl zum Relaxen als auch zum entspannten Grillabend ein. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 13 Jahre) und beiden Großeltern-Paaren da und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die freundliche und aufgeschlossene Vermieterin ist stets erreichbar gewesen, sobald man eine Frage zum Haus, zur Umgebung oder anderen Reiseinteressen hatte. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese Gastfreundschaft! (Familie Mai aus dem Erzgebirge)

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter (15 Monate) den Großeltern samt Onkel zwei Wochen in der Villa und denken immer noch gerne an den Aufenthalt zurück. Lange gemütliche Abende draußen, grillen, schwimmen im Pool oder einfach in dem angenehm kühlen Haus inkl. Mückengitter (!) schlafen. Geschäfte und schöne Ausflugsorte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei der Gastfamilie bedanken, die immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend war!! Viele Grüße! Reisezeitraum: August 2017
