Villa Sussini presents a picturesque location for a family or friends gathering or special occasion, and is outfitted with the modern comforts you require for a relaxing holiday. This renovated stone house is a perfect blend of old stone istrian and modern architecture. Villa Sussini's interiors are airy and comfortable with high, wooden ceilings and large windows/doors. Exposed wooden beams, modern artwork, pieces of designers furniture and smart lights compliment with stylish details and stone walls gives the interior a warm and inviting aura. Furnished to a very high standard with a professional kitchen, great living area, three air conditioned bedrooms, with modern ensuite bathrooms , this stunning villa seems to bring together the past and present in a very trendy fashion. The three bedrooms at villa Sussini are decorated with bright colours and vivid patterns and all have exit to the terrace. There are additional two sofas available in sitting room that can sleep four additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware allowing you to cook as if you are at home. Air-condition is in all rooms. Two free bikes stay at your disposal. There is a delightful living space which opens out directly onto the terrace, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Villa Sussini is located in a small village in Istria, called Karbune. In the immediate vicinity of Krbune there is a small village Gračišće where each year in April is held the biggest wine festival. You can also visit the medieval town of Labin, a town known for its numerous galleries and artists.

Absolut Top, wenn man sich entspannen möchte, Pool mit Liegen u. Auflagen, Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber, Garten sehr schön. Am Abend gabs Nachtigall Gesang. Juni 2017

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern eine Woche hier. Wir haben bewusst eine ruhige Gegend gewählt und fanden hier im Inland von Istrien auf einem Hügel gelegen ein tolles Ferienhaus vor. Die Aussicht in das Tal war gigantisch egal ob man am Pool oder auf der Terrasse im ersten Stock saß. Auch innen war alles sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich. Wer kein Problem damit hat ein paar Kilometer zum Einkaufen oder Restaurant zu fahren, sondern wert auf Ruhe und Entspannung in einer abgelegenen Gegend mitten in der Natur legt, ist hier sicher richtig aufgehoben. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
