On the first floor there are three bedrooms, an additional bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace with a stunning view of the sea, vineyards and olive groves. The landscaped outdoor area exudes a Mediterranean atmosphere - olive trees, grapevines and flower beds create a warm atmosphere, while a spacious stone barbecue and a covered table offer the perfect place for socializing. The central part of the garden is occupied by a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a shower, and a peaceful courtyard with a lawn and cypresses completes the experience. Villa Grey has a private entrance, parking for three vehicles and a fully fenced yard. The entire space is air-conditioned, and heating is possible in the colder months. Fuškulin is a small and beautiful Istrian village located southeast of Poreč. It is on a hill facing west, from where there is a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Funtana. Numerous holiday homes with swimming pools have been built on that part. In the village, there is a small restaurant with a big name, Mića Konoba. For everyone who visits Fuškulin, we recommend going to a tavern for lunch or dinner and enjoying the sunset with the flavors of Istria. Fuškulin is an ideal place for a holiday in contact with nature, yet close to a major tourist destination such as Poreč. It is perfectly positioned for those who want a peaceful vacation as well as for those who want an active vacation. An MTB trail passes through Fuškulin, it is also suitable for trekking and Nordic walking. Near Fuškulin is the famous tourist resort Zelena laguna and Aquacolors aquapark.
