Newly built and stylishly designed, the villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and contemporary living, surrounded by nature and just a short drive from local cafés, restaurants, and shops.
This beautiful holiday home sits on a fully fenced 1,000 m² private plot and offers 140 m² of single-level living space. It comfortably accommodates six guests, with the option for two additional guests on a sofa bed, making it an excellent choice for families or a group of friends.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright and open-plan living area filled with natural light. The space includes a large sofa that can be converted into a bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials needed for preparing home-cooked meals, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or candlelit dinners.
There are three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two feature large double beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third has two single beds, ideal for children or friends. All rooms are designed for comfort and restful nights.
Outside, Villa Tonina transforms into your own private oasis. A swimming pool invites you to cool off during warm summer days, while the sun deck with six loungers and four umbrellas provides a perfect place to unwind. A covered outdoor dining area with a large table and barbecue is ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air, and the cozy lounge corner is perfect for sunset drinks or reading a book in peace. The property also offers private parking for up to three cars.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa for the past two weeks, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Everything was arranged to perfection, and the villa was even more beautiful in real life than it looked in the photos. The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owners are genuinely wonderful people. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, and we always felt that we could reach out to them 24/7 if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a fantastic stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay with their family.
