Situated on a fenced private plot of 1.245 square meters, this exquisitely furnished property in Tugare village offers 305 square meters of usable interior space divided into two levels (ground and first floor). It has free WiFi, complete air conditioning, and all the amenities a modern visitor could want for a comfortable stay. The house features five en-suite bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and offering a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. There's also a covered lounge area and an outdoor shower. An artificial grassplot with a trampoline for your youngest. A covered outdoor dining table with seating for ten people, a charcoal grill, a counter and sink, and direct access to the fully functional kitchen within are located two steps above the sundeck. There is an air conditioned garage area with a table tennis next to the pool, if you prefer to have some fun.

The Bedroom NO1 has a 180 by 200 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower and glass door leading to the pool area. The well-known town of Split is only a short drive away (about 21 km), making it a must-visit location with plenty of historical sites, excellent dining options, the renowned Diocletian's palace, and more. The villa is located in close proximity to various transportation hubs, including the main seaport in Split (21 km), the nearest airport in Kaštela/Split (37 km), the Blato Na Cetini motorway exit/entrance (20 km), and tennis and golf courts just 14 km away.
