It has been completely renovated with high-quality furniture into a perfect accommodation that offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation, fully air-conditioned with free WiFi. Villa itself offers all exclusively for you: * The OUTDOORS is fully fenced and you are surrounded by olive and citrus trees. It offers a covered outdoor dining area for 8+2 people with a traditional barbecue and a lounge corner (approachable from the living and dining room), few steps down takes you to a private and heated 8,5m x 4m swimming pool with attached shallow part with hydro massage, the water is with the no-Chlorine system. There is a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs on two levels and there is an outdoor shower. The property offers a secured parking lot for 2 cars. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. NOTE: The facility has a security camera or recording device that can record or send video, audio or photos in the outdoor area * The GROUND FLOOR is air conditioned and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the needed amenities a modern guest needs (a toaster, a kettle, microwave oven, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine....and more), a dining area with a fireplace and a terrace with sea views connected to a terrace with outdoor dining area. Villa Moreta is located in the Okrug Gornji area of the island Čiovo connected by a bridge with the famous town Trogir (3km) with great historical and cultural attractions, UNESCO offers all needed within walking distance, a mini market, a beach, water sports, restaurants, bars, massage service and more, and to visit Trogir you can take a bus or a boat that goes every 1 hour. Trogir's most popular beach is the one that is 220 m from the villa, in Okrug Gornji, a 2 km-long stretch of pebbles, lined with cafe bars, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, and more. The town is a real living museum in every sense of the word: romantic courtyards, cultural and historical monuments, art, and original architecture. You can learn a lot about the complex heritage of this city. The airport is only 8,8 km away, and the famous town Split is only 32 km from the villa. During your stay in Villa Moreta, there are some must-visit locations like for sure the UNESCO town Trogir (3km) which is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich cultural heritage and intact authentic architecture. Then a famous town Split (32km) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO.
