Villa Authentic, located on the beautiful island of Šolta, offers elegant and comfortable accommodations with stunning sea views. With a total of 270 m2 of living space and a spacious 1800 m2 courtyard, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people, but is ideally suited for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people.
This luxurious villa is fully air-conditioned and also offers underfloor heating to ensure a cozy atmosphere even during cooler days. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed that unfolds to 180x200 cm, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a guest toilet, and a laundry room.
On the upper floor, there are four elegantly furnished bedrooms. Two of them have their own private en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds measuring 160x200 cm, while one room features a queen-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and an attached bathroom with additional relaxation and socializing area, equipped with a sofa bed measuring 160x200 cm. All four rooms offer stunning sea views, perfect for waking up to the sound of waves.
Villa Authentic also offers additional amenities for the complete enjoyment and relaxation of guests, including a sauna and jacuzzi. In one of the living rooms, the hosts take special care of a centuries-old olive tree. Special attention is given to details such as materials, functionality, and connection to the nature of the surrounding landscape.
Stepping out onto the spacious terrace, guests can enjoy a beautiful outdoor heated pool measuring 56 m2 (14x4 m and 160 cm deep) and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, perfect for relaxed evening gatherings with delicious meals.
Villa Authentic is truly an oasis of peace and comfort, where every detail has been carefully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay on this beautiful island.
It is worth mentioning that each guest is greeted with a special welcome package including carefully selected amenities: a capsule of premium coffee, fresh water, mineral water, fresh milk, basic spices to enrich the gastronomic experience, flowers to add a touch of freshness, a laundry capsule, and shampoo in each bathroom to ensure a completely comfortable stay.
Additional services available to guests include laundry and ironing services for personal clothing at a special rate, which will be clearly displayed in the property. Additionally, upon request, we offer extra cleaning services for the property at a charge of 20 euro per hour. For those looking to start their day specially, we offer breakfast at 40 euro per person, brunch at 70 euro per person, or dinner at 100 euro per person, with a menu catering to the most refined gastronomic tastes.
For the added comfort and convenience of our guests, we offer a shopping service for supplies before or during their stay, at an additional charge of 10% of the total bill, plus an additional 20 euro for the cost of going to the store for desired items.
