This luxury villa Colomba can welcome 18 persons and it is located in the heart of Brela, 90 meters from Jakirusa Beach, 200 meters from Podcrkavlje Beach with a stunning view over the Adriatic coast. Luxury villa is located on a property of 1000 m2 and the villa itself has 850 m2 of residental area which extends over 4 floors. Ground floor and three floors above with two exterior parking spaces. House consists of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna and gym. All the floors are connected with an elevator. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room. On the second floor you will found 5 bedrooms, third floor is equipped with gym and sauna and the last floor consists of 4 bedrooms. In front of the house there is a private seasonal outdoor heated pool with 20 sun lounges. Also there is the playroom with the table tennis, PlayStation console and much more. Every room has bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms also have spacious balconies from which you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. On the second floor there is the wellness area with sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and gym with the stunning sea view. There is also bathroom with a shower. On the top floor there are 4 bedrooms with queen size beds with bathroom in every room. This beautiful villa has the infinity pool located in the second part of the cascading courtyard with deck chairs and umbrellas. The fenced green oasis is sure to become a favorite sport for your little ones enjoying ball games. Going down the stairs after a few steps of walking through a pine forest you come to a road that separates you from the beautiful pebble beach. This amazing villa is fully air conditioned. It has free WiFi, LCD, PlayStation, Satellite, Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator for ice maker, wine wall, kettle and coffee maker and of course parking on its property. Villa does not accept group of young people and does not allow parties or other entertaiment events. Damage deposit is paid on site upon arrival to the villa.
