The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. This level also includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), suitable for two additional guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to the terrace.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment. A covered terrace with a dining table, charcoal barbecue, and gas grill creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The highlight of the property is the 32 m² private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee.
