Modern villa with a private saltwater pool and beautiful garden, located 25 km from Rovinj. Villa Nikka was completely renovated 2018, and offers the guests total privacy and relaxation.The 230 sqm of the villa are tastefully furnished with simple and modern furniture.The ground floor consists of a living room, an open fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The covered terrace overlooks the gorgeous spacious garden with swimming pool. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, and each of them has a private bathroom with a shower. The villa is equipped wwith air conditioning, WiFi and provides private parking, bed linen and towels. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Istria, away from the city noise and crowds - perfect for making memories with family and friends.

Wir haben die Villa Nikka schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr zum Vorteil ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch sonst hat das Haus eigentlich alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Durch die zentrale Lage, kann man viele Städte erkunden und danach am Pool in einer ruhigen Lage entspannen. Man sollte einplanen, dass man in Kroatien für 20 km länger braucht, als in Deutschland, da die Gegebenheiten einfach anders sind. Da man im Urlaub Zeit hat, ist das für uns überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Die Gastfamilie ist jederzeit zur Stelle und auch immer gut erreichbar. Sie sind sehr zuverlässig und wirklich liebenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.
