Das Ferienhaus liegt in Alleinlage kurz vor Vizinada. Bei dem angrenzenden Gebäude handelt es sich um ein Vereinshaus der hiesigen Jägerschaft, wo sich nur selten jemand aufhält. Während unseres Urlaubes gab es eine Feier, die jedoch 23.00 Uhr schon wieder beendet war. Allerdings befindet sich am Haus eine Art Aggregat, welches laut brummt und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit regelmäßig anspringt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt hat uns nur eine ordentliche Pfanne und etwas größere Gläser, da die vorhandenen wirklich winzig sind. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren auch die Duschen, die beide mit Badewannen Armaturen, also ohne Duschgestänge ausgestattet waren. Bezüglich der Klimaanlagen muss man wissen, dass sich die obere Klimaanlage nur im Kinderzimmer befindet. Das Kinderzimmer ist auch nicht separat, sondern ein Durchgangszimmer zum Elternschlafzimmer. Diese sind nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, die man offen lassen muss, wenn man etwas von der Klimaanlage haben möchte. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
