The house is located in an exceptional location, just 200 meters from the sea, with a view of Brijuni National Park and the surrounding archipelago. It is two kilometers from the historic fishing town of Fažana, connected by a seaside promenade, and only 5 kilometers from the center of Pula and the Roman amphitheater.
The house was newly built in 2024, designed in harmony with the environment and nature. The indoor and outdoor living spaces are entirely oriented towards the sunny southwest side, surrounded by trees and lush vegetation. The rooms are not large but are highly functional, fully equipped, and air-conditioned. The ambiance of the living room is unique, while during the summer, the small wine cellar maintains a consistently pleasant temperature for relaxation and enjoyment.
The pool, in soft white-turquoise tones, has an area of 32 m2 and is surrounded by a spacious paved sun deck. A refreshing summer breeze, combined with olive trees and a fifty-year-old pine, brings coolness and tranquility even in the peak of summer. A landscaped 200-meter-long path leads to beautiful beaches, which, especially in the morning and evening, offer unforgettable sunsets. At any moment, it is easy to reach the center of Pula by car or bicycle, and Fažana, as a historic fishing town, offers several top-quality restaurants and is the departure point for boats to the Brijuni Islands National Park.
Pets – upon prior agreement Valbandon is a small place settled along the western Istrian coast near Pula. It is a part of Community of Fažana and counts less than two thousand inhabitants. But during the summer season lots of people love coming here because of the sea, fully equipped camp and gastronomic potential. Valbandon has a long pebble beach that offers a perfect holiday position for families with children. This place also has a historical value. Due to its wonderful position, right across Brijuni Archipelago, the area was inhabited during the Roman Era. There are archeological findings of luxurious rustic villas with wonderful floor mosaics, frescoes, sculptures and even an antique water system. The place was abandoned between 16th and 19th century and that is how Valbandon was named: vale abandonata or abandoned valley.
