This cozy villa, accommodating up to 6 guests (4 + 2), is an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. From the moment you step inside, the villa's charming interior will captivate you. The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a welcoming living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. The villa’s expansive outdoor area is a true highlight. Whether you’re enjoying the breathtaking sea views from the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the large private pool is perfect for cooling off on a warm day. You can lounge on a sunbed with a refreshing drink, letting the peaceful ambiance recharge your spirit. Well-behaved pets (max 2), each up to 10 kg, are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 170 € per pet per week. Some properties don’t allow youth groups. Umag and Novigrad are Istrian cities closest to the border and consequently their geographic position is a part of their lure, but surely not the only decisive factor.
