Villa Village is a contemporary villa with a heated private pool, situated in central Istria. The villa is placed on a tranquil plot of 5.640 sqm, it provides an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa is located just a short drive from popular Istrian tourist destinations such as Porec, Rovinj and Pula, as well as various historical sites and beaches. For guests with electric vehicles, an electric charger is available on the premises (11 KW).
The villa boasts numerous amenities, including a heated infinity pool and an indoor wellness area complete with a sauna and hot tub whirlpool. For those looking to maintain their fitness routine, the villa offers a tennis court, basketball court, golf course (chipping range & putting green), and table tennis. Private tennis lessons can also be arranged upon request. For evening entertainment on warm summer nights, a large cinema screen is available in the outdoor summer kitchen.
Villa Village can accommodate up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a wellness room, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms are air conditioned and mosquito screens are on the windows.
Pool Heating is included in price in period 20.4.-15.6. and 1.9.-15.10. Please note that it is an outdoor pool and the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
