Newly built holiday house Gita is on a quiet location, on the edge of a village with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It is modern and nicely decorated and is ideal for families with children. Villa Gita is a holiday house with a private pool (32 m2) in central Istria with a magical view of the beautifully landscaped surroundings. It can accommodate up to eight persons. The villa has its own fenced plot of 1200 m2 with a beautifully landscaped lawn. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen which is open to the dining and the living room, and a covered terrace with seating furniture overlooking the pool area. It also offers a barbecue, a satellite TV, a washing machine and a private parking. The house is completely air conditioned.
Grintovica is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.

Wir haben uns in dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt, nach einem Tag am Meer in den Pool zu springen und zu planschen. July 2024.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Gita war wirklich schön! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet! Man hat total seine Ruhe, ist aber trotzdem in 30min in Rovinj, in 20min in Porec und in 60min in Pula. 5 Minuten entfernt vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen mini Marktin dem man aber alles notwendige bekommt, sogar eine kleine Wurst und Käsetheke hat es. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich!
