Villa LaDominika is a luxurious hidden estate located between Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat, towards the south of Istria, as if created for an escape from everyday life. The villa can accommodate up to 12 + 2 people, which makes it the perfect choice for a larger group of friends. This air-conditioned villa extends over two floors and offers 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and two additional toilets. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table, as well as a spacious living room for carefree moments spent in good company. For additional entertainment, there is a separate room with billiards and table football, as well as a room with a sauna and exercise equipment. On the spacious estate, which extends over 10,000 square meters, you will find everything, starting from a multifunctional court for tennis, football and basketball, and all the way to a mini golf course. In the paved courtyard, to which a large sliding door leads you, you will find a heated swimming pool with accompanying sunbeds, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi.
