Ideal destination for summer holiday in the countryside and near the sea. Beautiful newly built villa with swimming pool for the family, up to 6 people. On the ground floor is living room combined with dining area and kitchen. The living area is spacious and nicely furnished with modern furniture and additionally equipped with (satellite TV, DVD player and a beautiful fireplace). Living room, kitchen and bedroom, have access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, brick grill, deck chairs and exit to the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with (electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle ..). One bedroom with a bathroom, is located on the ground floor. And, the remaining, two bedrooms with one bathroom,are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a balcony.Living rooms of the house are air-conditioned. All additional costs are included in the cost of the lease, including Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and car parking.!
Villa Paris III is located in the village of Mofardini, near the historic town of Sv. Lovrec. Villa is located on a large estate, along with three more villas. The villas are newly built, nicely decorated, comfortable, each with its own swimming pool, garden, lawn and fenced parking lot for cars. The surrounding area is rich in olive groves, vineyards and bicycle trails. In 20 minutes by car, there are beautiful beaches next to the famous tourist destinations of Rovinj, Vrsar and Porec..
