It features four stylish air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a TV set and an adjoining bathroom. There are also two balconies on the first floor overlooking the garden. The open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room leading outdoors through large patio doors.
The garden area also provides the perfect place for relaxation and a good time. Besides a playground for kids, there is a swimming pool with loungers next to it. You can also sit back and sip your morning coffee or a nightcap on the outdoor furniture set or enjoy a delicious meal in the shade, prepared on the grill outside.
The lovely old stone villa is set in a quiet hamlet called Pilati, just outside Pazin in the very heart of the Istrian peninsula. Apart from the town of Pazin famous for its medieval castle and the Pit, there are numerous popular destinations and attractions nearby - Poreč, Rovinj, Svetvinčenat, Motovun, Učka Nature Park are some 30 km away from the property. Pula Airport is 50 km away, equally so Dragonja border crossing.

The fascinating picture of the medieval Castle of Pazin, situated above the 130 m cliffs where the Pazinčica River flows into the Pazin Pit, inspired the renowned French writer Jules Verne as the setting for part of his novel “Mathias Sandorf”, published in 1885.
