Villa Alvona is situated only 2 km from the city centre of Labin and about 7 km from the beaches in Rabac. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 39 km from the accommodation. This villa offers a private pool, a fenced garden and free private parking. Villa Alvona can accommodate 8 persons and consists of two apartments that are rented out together. It offers 4 bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds), two comfortable living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee machine) and 3 bathrooms - one with a bathtub and two with a shower. There is also a washing machine available in one of the bathrooms. Towels, bed linen, WiFi and air-conditioning are provided and included in the rental price. Villa Alvona spreads on a 3000 m2 fenced plot which provides peace and tranquility. A 32 m2 swimming pool, BBQ facilities and an outside dining table will fulfill all of your holiday needs. Reception and care were all excellent. We were with 7 people including 3 children (13 years old). Great house, everything very well maintained, great garden, great pool, beautiful location. Nothing was missing. Gerald 07/2024

Urlaub Juli 22. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren dort mit 7 Personen und unser Hund war auch dabei. Wir wurden freundlich von Carla empfangen. Sie kümmerte sich um den Pool und war immer über Handy erreichbar. Das Haus war wunderschön, es war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Beste war natürlich der Pool und die Außenanlagen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir bedanken für den tollen Urlaub!
