Newly built holiday home situated in a small village in central Istria. Offers its guests peace and relaxation from the bustle of the city. Beautiful villa covers an area of 240 m2 and has a garden of 1550 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. Each room is air-conditioned and the villa offers free internet connection. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WC-s. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with large private swimming pool (4x12m) with hydro massage (heated in winter period), covered dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking (for 4 cars). The villa has aswell fitness equippment and treadmill. House rules: Eur 400 damage deposit (in cash by arrival, returned on departure) Heated Pool (at request in the off-season, in high season at extra cost) Youth groups - allowed only with the prior announcement (Deposit Eur 800 for youth groups)
Hrvatini is a small village near Kringa and 3 km from a town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus verfügt über vier große Schlafzimmer, alle mit Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, es gibt aber einen kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden im Ort. Die nächsten größeren Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist zehn Jahre alt und hat seine kleinen Macken. Aber so tragisch ist es nicht. Das Haus steht allein, es gibt also keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, was auch sehr schön ist. August 2023. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Martina war jederzeit für uns da. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Istrien. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin – alles so, wie man es sich von einem erholsamen Urlaub vorstellt. September 2023. Quelle: vrbo.
