Set on a spacious 3.500 sqm private plot, Villa Horto features 170 sqm of stylish, single-level living space designed with care and attention to detail. Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-plan living area with, comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a generous island — perfect for cooking and sharing meals together. The dining area seats up to six guests and opens through sliding glass doors onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and the beauty of nature outside.
Each of the three elegant en-suite bedrooms offers a cozy double bed, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool terrace — so you can wake up to peaceful views and step straight out into the sunshine.
Outdoors, your private haven awaits: a sparkling 10x4 m swimming pool (heatable on request with an extra charge), a sun deck with six loungers, and a covered dining area with a barbecue — perfect for alfresco dinners under the stars.

Samuel built himself a little place of heaven in between forests, vignards and olive fields in Istria! It was an incredible stay!! The modern Villa and the views cannot be beaten, if you have any doubts- we strongly advice go ahead and book it! Experience it for yourself and you wont regret it. The location is incredible, Samuel is a fantastic host and the house has everything you can imagine.
Wir waren in der Villa Horto in Ipsi – und es war rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist ein architektonisches Highlight, sehr gepflegt, hochwertig eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ein absoluter Traum für alle, die Design und Ruhe schätzen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ideal zum Abschalten – genau der richtige Ort für Erholung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Samuel: Er war jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
