Unique villa with infinity swimming pool, large garden and whirlpool near Rovinj Villa Marten is a unique villa designed and made with elements of tradition and stylishness. Holiday house for 6-8 persons has 170 m2 . The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to a terrace, a spacious living room with fireplace, Sat-Tv, and DVD,and also a dining room with large dining table. There are two double bedrooms on the groundfloor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, Sat-Tv, and an exit to a terrace. Separate toilet and utility room are also on the groundfloor. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and an exit to a terrace overlooking the woods. Whirlpool (for 5-6 people) and sitting set are on the terrace where the guests can enjoy the unique moments of intimacy. The house has got also a small wine cellar and a mini bar. On the large property of 5000 mq there are 3 parking places and a storage room where you can find: small goals for football, badminton and volleyball net. There is also a corner with books, brochures and maps of the destinations.
The villa is situated in a central position in the southwest on the edge of the village Brajkovići on a plot of approx. 5.000 m2 and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 4 km from the house is the nature reserve Limski-Fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and in about 1,5 km distance there is a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties..

Wir können das Haus auch uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Das Haus selbst ist optimal gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, einschließlich Pool und Whirlpool. Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht im übrigen auch deutsch. August 2018 source:Atraveo

Das Haus ist als ganz neu gebautes Haus in einem einwandfreien Zustand, was Ausstattung, Technik, Inneneinrichtung, Stil anbetrifft. Es hat sehr schön eingerichtete, großzügige und geschmackvolle Zimmer. Das Grundstück ist irrsinnig groß, und trotz guter Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz hat man absolute Ruhe und ist für sich.
