A family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The lower ground floor offers a playroom with a TV, a sofa, and a Play Station 4. FIRST FLOOR offers: Master bedroom No2 with king-size bed, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with amazing and open sea views. The small, Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina river are only 1km far and offer many restaurants, historical attractions, hiking trails, and water sports. The famous town Split is 25km far and with its Diocletian Palace and old part of town is for sure a "must visit" location. Minimarket and restaurants are also within walking distance from the villa.
