Modern lux villa with private pool near Medulin Villa Eva in Medulin riviera is a beautiful modern designed home for a great experience. Spacious area on more than 200 m2 is comfortable and well suitable for up to 8 people. The surrounding area is covered with WiFi, and each room has air conditioning. All rooms are fully equipped and spacious and it is ideal for several families and/or business travelers. Each room has its own full bathroom. The Luxury Villa is located only a few kilometers form the beach and it is well connected with all major attraction in south Istria. Shopping, sports and other experiences are easily accessible from this Villa. Historical city of Pula with its historical and monumental views it is only 8 km away from the Villa Eva. You can taste also one of the well known Istrian restaurants only 200m away. Near the villa is also Brijuni National Park (17km) with untouched nature and beautiful islands.This Luxury Villa in Medulin also has a large outdoor swimming pool where you can spend your time and also you can have a perfect view to child outside playground. In the garden you can also enjoy a barbecue. A private parking lot for 3 or 4 cars is available on site. Near the house (700 m) is situated one of the most popular cellar wine TRAPAN in Croatia, so you can enjoy the magic of wine in the southernmost Wine station in Istria. The winery and tasting room are open for groups up to 30 people. Also horse riding, rent-a-bike service, surf station and other services are available in this village only a few meters away from the site. At the beach (2 km away) you can also enjoy in one typical beach bar placed just a few meters from the blue transparent sea.

Die Buchung war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch schnell vereinbart. Der Empfang am Haus war freundlich und das Haus ist einfach großartig. Das umzäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für Privatsphäre und für Kinder. Alles super. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Waren zwei Wochen zu Gast in diesem Haus. War alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist toll, wie auch der Pool. Unsere Kinder waren jeden Tag darin! Da das Grundstück komplett geschlossen ist, konnte unser Hund jederzeit frei herumspringen ( wenn sie nicht wegen der Hitze im Schatten lag ). Pula und Medulin sind nur wenige Kilometer weit entfernt, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und unzähligen Restaurants. Der Strand liegt allerdings 3 Kilometer weit weg und ist zum Laufen eigentlich zu weit. Das Vermieterpaar ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Aber diese Erfahrung haben wir eigentlich mit allen Menschen in Kroatien gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!! Fam. Weigl

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden!!! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon um 10 Uhr morgens im Haus abstellen, bis wir dann um 15 Uhr einchecken durften. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir waren nur zu viert und hatten dadurch jeder sein eigenes Zimmer plus Ankleidezimmer und großem Bad. Die Naturstrände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen und es ist wunderbar. Auch in den Städten Pula und Rovinj ist man in kürzester Zeit. Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub, wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen!
