The Villa Nikolina is a luxury villa located in the small charming village of Sisan only 4 km away from the tourist village of Medulin . With more than 250 m2 divided on two floors connected by outside stairs and with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms this new and modern house can accommodate 12 guests. Private swimming pool and an outside grill and kids playground are just some of many luxurious amenities you can find at Villa Nikolina. Area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with parasols and an 8 deck chair. For complete privacy and safety garden is surrounded with hedge and fence. Garden also encompasses barbecue area with big dining table. The house is equipped with private parking space for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600m) is one of the most popular in the region. This beautiful Luxury Villa in Sisan will suit anyone desire for a peaceful location near the city, an easy access to the sea, beaches, beautiful landscapes, fun and good gastronomy and is also well connection to all major attractions of Istria. Wir haben das Haus für 1 Woche gebucht und dort mit 3 Familien gelebt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, Herr Amadi und seine Frau sind zwei sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Aussenbereich mit beheiztem Pool, offene Küche ist klasse, BillardTisch. Obwohl es Mitte April noch ziemlich kalt war konnten wir den Pool nutzen, da er beheizt war, das Meer war zum baden noch etwas kühl. Mega Strände in der Umgebung, prima Städte Medulin, Pula und Rovinj ganz in der Nähe. Haus war sehr sauber, alles hat prima funktioniert, für unsre 2 Hunde war reichlich Platz, tolle Natur überall, vielen Dank auch an den Gastgeber der uns coole Tipps für Strände, Städte und Restaurants gegeben hat, Wir kommen sicher wieder, dann im Sommer, wenn man auch noch ins Meer hüpfen kann. Danke für alle - Familie Krause
