Our journey began in 2008, when we built our very first villa in central Istria. What started as a personal project soon turned into something much bigger. By 2013, we began renting our villas ourselves, carefully managing every detail to make sure guests enjoyed a comfortable, carefree stay.

Encouraged by positive feedback and growing demand, in 2019 we officially founded Villsy as a villa rental agency. Today, Villsy connects guests from all over the world with a handpicked collection of holiday homes and villas in Istria and across Croatia, offering modern booking solutions, local expertise, and personalized support.

It all started with Casa Nina, Villa Rustica, and Villa Gimino – and to this day, they remain in our offer, creating wonderful memories, laughter, and unforgettable moments for holidaymakers.
