Located on the very edge of the Učka Nature Park, this beautiful villa provides the perfect accommodation to relax away from everyday stress and noise. With an enchanting panoramic view of the beautiful mountains and greenery surrounding this property, a holiday for body and soul is guaranteed. The house can accommodate up to 10 persons. It consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room for 8 persons. On the top floor, there is also an additional, smaller kitchen and an exit to a small balcony on the shaded side of the house. There are 5 bathrooms in total, and a separate WC. The living room has an exit to the private garden with many activities the guests will surely enjoy: a private 30 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, a children's playground, a foosball table, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and a roofed outdoor dining area. The beaches on the east coast are only 20 kilometers away from the villa. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away in Vranja, and a shop is 3 km away In Lupoglav.

Beautiful untouched nature, views of the surrounding mountains, and complete peace and privacy will surely allow every guest complete relaxation. If you like active life, the location is ideal for mountain biking and walking along the many marked trails in the area. Also, the location is well-connected by road with all the tourist places and attractions that Istria offers. Visit cities such as Buzet, Pazin, Motovun, the beaches of Opatija, Rabac, Porec, Rovinj. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Meerblick und Blick ins Grüne. Perfekt zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Der Pool ist himmlisch, die Bepflanzung sehr geschmackvoll. Ein rundum schönes Urlaubsdomizil.

Nach zwei Jahren Corona konnten wir endlich wieder in den Urlaub. Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber Herrn Lombardi in der Villa Bella Vista herzlich empfangen. Da wir bereits das zweite Mal schon in diesem Haus Urlaub machen, haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Villa sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zu einem Urlaub benötigt. Sehr gepflegt die Anlage und der Privatpool. Anmerkung: Da Frauen jedoch immer etwas mehr Platz für Kosmetika usw. benötigen, könnte vielleicht eine zusätzliche Ablage Abhilfe tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Annehmlichkeiten nur 4 Sterne da wir keine Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle hatten. Ausserdem wäre ein Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht gewesen. Markise war zu wenig. Ansonsten war alles super in Ordnung.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Standort war für uns top, da wir gerne alleine sind .Hausbesitzer Herr Lombardi war zufällig auch anwesend. Sehr lieber und aufmerksamer Besitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
