The beautiful La Villa Dubrovnik, located in an enchantingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, will provide you with an ideal place to relax, as well as an incredible view of the mesmerizing Adriatic Sea. With a total of 300 m2 spread over two floors, the villa can accommodate up to 12 people, making it the perfect choice for a family gathering or a larger group of friends. This luxurious villa disposes of five beautifully decorated bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. One bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor of the house, there are two main bedrooms with private bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, and private terraces. The sixth bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and a bath is located in the annex of the house. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island, as well as a spacious dining room with a dining table for 12 people, and a direct access to the yard. On the upper floor, you will find a living room with access to a covered terrace with a lounge area, perfect for relaxing with an unobstructed view of the sea and the islands. The first thing you will notice in the courtyard is certainly the spacious swimming pool with associated deck chairs, for all-day enjoyment in the Mediterranean sun. There is also a grill area for preparing delicious dishes that you can serve on the outdoor dining table. In the greenery of the courtyard, there is also a hidden lounge area, which solely invokes relaxation.
The villa is located in the village of Trsteno, just 18 km from Dubrovnik. The first beaches can be found less than 4 km from the villa, while exceptional restaurants with tempting Mediterranean cuisine can be found 6 km from the villa. The airport in Dubrovnik is only 37 km away.
