The property features a private heated swimming pool of 35 m2 with a beautiful sea view. Villa Mare can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a relaxing stay with friends on Pelješac.
The villa features three spacious and elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm). All rooms in the villa are fully air-conditioned, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year. The interior design combines modern elegance with warm details, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area that combines the living room, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen in an elegant open-space concept. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying shared moments with family and friends. The comfortable living room offers a relaxing space for reading a book, watching movies and series, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
Large glass walls connect the interior with the terrace and pool area, allowing plenty of natural light and offering a beautiful sea view. By the pool there are three sun loungers and one large sun umbrella. The terrace and pool create the perfect setting for enjoying sunny Mediterranean days, swimming, sunbathing or relaxing in the lounge area with a morning coffee and the scent of the sea. The outdoor area is also ideal for preparing barbecue meals and spending pleasant evenings with family and friends.
Guests can also enjoy additional amenities for entertainment and active holidays, including billiards, a Netflix collection for movie nights, a fitness area, sauna, ergometer, bicycles (3) and SUP boards. These features provide the perfect balance between relaxation and activity during your stay on Pelješac. If guests arrive by boat, a mooring for a boat up to 8 meters in length can be provided upon prior agreement with the agency.
