Your Stay in Villa Peaceful Palma infinity pool in Dubrovnik
Villa Palma, with its 250 m2 of living space, can accommodate up to 10 guests, while the optimal number is 8. With its captivating charm and serene tranquility, it truly embodies the essence of the Croatian coast—what locals like to call "the Mediterranean as it once was."
Located in the western bay of Molunat, near the renowned city of Dubrovnik, the villa is surrounded by natural and cultivated vegetation sprawling across 4.5 hectares (11 acres). The lush flora includes orange and olive trees planted on numerous terraces.
Enhanced by terracotta roofs and floors, a stone-paved terrace, a Tuscan-style facade, and the surrounding orange trees, Villa Palma offers an authentic rustic ambiance perfect for an unforgettable Mediterranean experience.
For those seeking relaxation, the villa offers the soothing sounds of the crystal-clear sea, a fresh salty breeze, and a unique atmosphere that nourishes both body and soul.
For the more adventurous, a hidden path leads to a private beach carved into the rocks, featuring a natural sea pool for children—all exclusively for our guests. With no neighboring houses nearby, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted privacy—your own slice of paradise.
Originally built in the early 20th century by local farmers and surrounded by 200 olive trees that date back to the 1700s, this family home has long been a source of authentic wine and olive oil. These traditions, maintained by the family’s descendants, offer products you can still taste today.
Inspired by a blend of traditional and modern aesthetics, Villa Palma underwent a complete three-year renovation after nearly 90 years. While retaining its original size, the villa now features a swimming pool and modern interiors, making it one of the finest and best-positioned villas on the Adriatic. Located in the small fishing village of Molunat, close to Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Montenegro, and just 20 km from Dubrovnik International Airport, it offers a multicultural experience within easy reach.
Every element has been crafted to provide guests with peace and a meditative quality to their stay.
Upon entering the villa’s spacious living room, you’ll find a dining table for eight. The room is adorned with terracotta floors, a large leather sofa, a widescreen LED TV, and a Provencal-style kitchen. Stunning sea views through large sliding glass doors and windows further enhance the atmosphere.
The kitchen, featuring oak cabinetry and terracotta accents, is spacious and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare everything from light lunches to elaborate dinners, in line with Mediterranean traditions.
The villa has four bedrooms, each with high wooden ceilings, modern queen-size beds, custom-built wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The rooms are airy and relaxing.
Guests can unwind in a five-person jacuzzi, the perfect spot for relaxation after an active day. A separate annex houses a billiards table and a home theater, ideal for enjoying your favorite Netflix movies and shows.
Multiple terraces, three balconies, and a poolside patio spread across different levels allow guests to choose between basking in the Adriatic sun or daydreaming in the shade of the surrounding trees.
The infinity pool, measuring 5 x 14 meters, creates a seamless blend between the pool and the sea. Equipped with canopies and sun loungers, the pool area transforms into the perfect spot for watching the sunset. Add your favorite drink, and it becomes a delightful and relaxing experience.
In front of the main house is a covered barbecue area where you can grill fresh fish caught by local fishermen in the bay. If you’re a seafood lover, note that May and June are the prime fishing seasons, often showcasing tuna and mackerel catches.
For any additional desires, the villa owner is available as your host. Newly offered services include a private chef who can prepare meals in the villa for an additional fee or deliver home-cooked dishes. Boat rentals, diving courses, wine tasting at local vineyards, special seafood lunches at cozy Cavtat restaurants, day trips to Dubrovnik or the Montenegrin coast, or even your favorite champagne at sunset by the pool can all be arranged. We’ll be there when you need us, ensuring every moment is as perfect as Villa Palma.
