The villa is ten minutes' walk from the beautiful island beaches, and has a heated infinity pool of 50 m2 with a large sun deck. The villa spreads on 200m2 on two floors and has 4 bedrooms, three of which are double and one single, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living area consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room with an enchanting and open view of the sea and greenery. Inside the villa there is also a sauna and a game room with billiards, table football and video games. Next to the villa there is a large terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings with a delicious barbecue dinner or a glass of your favorite drink. You can also relax by swimming in the large heated pool or enjoying the jacuzzi. In the villa, there is the possibility of serving breakfast by arrangement, as well as buying groceries. Next to the villa there is a parking lot for two cars. The villa is located next to immortelle plantations, from which 100% organic oil is produced, and in agreement with the owner, it is also possible to fill the jacuzzi with immortelle hydrolat - immortelle soak, which relaxes and revitalizes your body. IMPORTANT NOTE: The residence tax is charged on the spot in the amount of EUR 1.40 per day per person (for those over 12 years old). A deposit of 500 EUR is charged upon arrival
