A beautiful Villa Petra is a dalmatian stone house with a large terrace, a pool and a spacious garden. It can accommodate up to ten persons. It consists of 2 stone houses connected by a large terrace. On the terrace there is a big pool, a fully equipped open summer kitchen with modern appliances and a fireplace that can be used as BBQ grill, a seating and dining area, and additional bathroom with a shower.
The first house has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a fireplace, a fully enquiped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and contemporary cooking appliances. The second house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a rustical living room with a well enquiped kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. In each of the living rooms, there is a sofa that can serve as an additional double bed for two people.
Pets are welcome for a fee. Private parking place is at your disposal. Zadar is situated at the heart of the Adriatic Coast, it is an attractive tourist location because you can reach it by sea, by land or by air. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Ville Petra und hatten dort wunderschöne 14 Tage Urlaub. Die Villa liegt außerhalb von Zadar in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Ville Petra ist perfekt da es zwei Häuser sind. Das beste ist die Sommerküche. Der Pool ist groß genug auch für 6 Personen auf einmal. Wir können die Villa Petra nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Auch der Besitzer ist sehr nett.

Tolles Haus mit schöner Aufteilung. Nebenan steht ein nicht fertig gestellter Neubau der etwas unattraktiv in der Aussicht wirkt. Zu dem Grundstück gehört noch eine großzügige Wiese mit Spielplatz für die Kinder, allerdings muss man sich die, mit den dort lebenden Hühnern teilen und tritt bzw. fast somit auch häufig in Hühnermist. Die Nachbarn gehören wohl zur Familie, sind sehr nett und freundlich und man bekommt leckere Tomaten, Eier und Öl von Ihnen. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus (mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen) in dem wir unsere Ferien sehr genossen haben. September 2019.source: Home Away
